FORT MYERS, Fla. (Oct. 31, 2013) – Scanlon Auto Group has signed on as the presenting sponsor of the 21st Annual Boston Red Sox Children’s Hospital Celebrity Classic Golf Tournament set for February 2014 at the Forest Country Club in South Fort Myers.
The annual golf classic treats fans to the opportunity to meet and golf alongside Boston Red Sox players and other former greats from Major League Baseball, National Football League and National Hockey League.

Proceeds will benefit the construction of the Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida, a new 128-bed pediatric medical facility being built on the grounds of HealthPark Medical Center in South Fort Myers.
The Scanlon family has been operating car dealerships in Southwest Florida since 1980. Today, Scanlon Auto Group includes Scanlon Lexus and Scanlon Acura located south on US 41 in Fort Myers. In November, Scanlon Auto Group will celebrate the grand opening of its newly constructed Lexus dealership located at 14200 South Tamiami Trail in Fort Myers. This new two-story, state-of-the-art dealership encompasses 77,800 square feet offering a high-end showroom with a customer lounge, business offices and employee training rooms, an indoor drive-thru drop-off area with eight service advisor stations, indoor new vehicle delivery area, a retail merchandise and parts area, 43-vehicle climate controlled service area and two-bay car wash.
