FORT MYERS, Fla. (Nov. 12, 2013) – Rib City recently recognized three Lee County Sheriff’s Office employees for their outstanding efforts as part of the company’s award program.

Deputy Joseph Anderson was named Deputy of the Quarter for quickly locating and detaining a suspect who shot a young female student shortly after she departed her school bus.

Corrections Deputy Harold Moody was named Corrections Deputy of the Quarter for going above and beyond the call of duty in coming up with creative ways to save time and money and help others solve problems.

Lida Tompkins and Karen Luersen received Civilian of the Quarter awards for their attention to detail, willingness to go the extra steps needed for due diligence and their cooperative spirit.

Each received a letter of thanks and a gift certificate to Rib City restaurant.

Rib City recognizes LCSO personnel each quarter and Fort Myers Police Department officers monthly a­nd for service excellence to the community.
