FORT MYERS, Fla. (Nov. 20, 2014) – Several employees of Myers, Brettholtz & Company, PA, Certified Public Accountants & Business Consultants, recently spent the day volunteering at Childcare of Southwest Florida, Inc.

On a recent Saturday, 15 employees and their families spent the morning planting, gardening, sanding and refinishing furniture, and making repairs to the children’s wooden play boat at the J.H. Messina Children’s Center in Fort Myers.

“Throughout the year, our team gives back to our local community by setting aside time to provide volunteer services to local nonprofits,” said Lori Sampson-Wilson, shareholder at Myers, Brettholtz. “When you see your team unselfishly give to others when they are in need, it is truly rewarding.”

Childcare of Southwest Florida, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves more than 600 children annually at six childcare centers in Hendry and Lee counties.
