NAPLES, Fla. (July 20, 2015) – Renée Gaddis Interiors took home top honors this weekend, winning eight awards for design excellence at the 35th Annual Aurora Awards competition, including three Grand Auroras, during a gala held in conjunction with the Southeast Building Conference on Saturday, July 18 at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando.

Sponsored by FLORIDA HOMEBUILDER magazine and the Southeast Building Conference, this annual competition honors excellence in building and design. The Southeast’s premier builders, architects, remodelers, landscape architects, interior designers and merchandisers were honored during the gala.

Of the eight awards, three were the night’s highest honors of Grand Auroras for the firm’s remodeling, rehabilitation and historical restoration over $3 million for a  condominium  renovation at Moraya Bay Beach Tower in Naples and master suite and bathroom design over $3 million for a condominium in Naples. Team members on the project included Renée Gaddis Interiors, CR Smith LLC, Artistone and Busby Cabinetry in Naples.

The firm also won a Grand Aurora and Best of State for interior design and detailing over $2 million in Cashiers, N.C. Team members on the project included Renée Gaddis Interiors, Jerry Srebalus Construction and Harris Architects.

Additional awards included residential construction renovation for interior design of the year over $3 million for a high-rise condominium at Moraya Bay. Team members on the project included Renée Gaddis Interiors, CR Smith LLC and Artistone.

The firm also won for interior merchandising for a kitchen over $3 million in a residential private residence home in Naples. Team members on the project included Renée Gaddis Interiors, Jerrule Construction and Encore Development.

Another award was for environmental design over $3 million at Moraya Bay. Team members on the project were Renée Gaddis Interiors, CR Smith LLC and Artistone.

The final award was for interior master suite/master bath design over $3 million at Moraya Bay. Team members on the project included Renée Gaddis Interiors, CR Smith LLC and Artistone.
