NAPLES, Fla. (Nov. 3, 2015) – Renée Gaddis Interiors was recently selected to design a model for the new Kalea Bay high-rise project in North Naples.

Kalea Bay is being developed along an enclave of Vanderbilt Drive, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The first 23-story, luxury tower will be comprised of 120 residences. Each of the residences within the high-rises feature more than 3,500 square feet of living area and include interior elements in premium finishes, wood flooring, quality Wolf appliances and more.

RGI’s model will feature a mixture of neutral tones with a modern feel.

“The gold and nickel finishes will be a highlight,” said Renée Gaddis, president of Renée Gaddis Interiors. “The washed wood floor with a mixture of neutral upholstery and wood tones will create a warm and inviting space for all to enjoy. The overall feel is modern and refreshing.”

Kalea Bay will have five buildings when complete. Four of the buildings will have 22 floors with six units per floor. The fifth building will be three floors shorter with just 100 residences.

The buildings are angled so every unit will have waterfront views. Residents have a choice of a three-bedroom or four-bedroom unit, with or without a den and may choose between three and a half or four bathrooms. The lanais range in size from 428 square feet to 594 square feet.

The condos range in price from $1.26 million for a standard unit to $2.6 million for a penthouse. Every building will have a rooftop pool and fitness center.

Kalea Bay will also have a recreation area with three swimming pools, a snack bar, day care center, Internet cafe, fire pit, tiki bar, restaurant and private dining areas. The three swimming pools include a children’s pool, an adult-only pool and a main pool. There will be six tennis courts and walking and biking paths. Kalea Bay will also have 12 guest suites that can be rented by the guests of residents.
