FORT MYERS, Fla. (Aug. 16, 2017) – The Southwest Florida Community Foundation announces Mary Beth Crawford has joined its board of trustees.

Crawford is a principal in Cummings & Lockwood’s Private Clients Group and is based in the Bonita Springs office. Her law practice focuses on estate planning, tax planning, and probate and trust administration.

She received her bachelor’s degree, Juris Doctorate and Master of Laws in taxation from the University of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Collier County Bar Association and the Collier County Women’s Bar Association. Crawford is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts & Estates and Martindale-Hubbell, AV Rated. She has been named a “40 Under 40” by Gulfshore Business and is a graduate of the Leadership Bonita Class of 2004.

Crawford is very active in various local nonprofits including serving on the board of directors for Angels Undercover of Collier County, Inc.; is past president of the board of directive and chair of the planned giving committee for the David Lawrence Center; past president of the board of director for the Center for the Arts of Bonita Springs; planned giving committee chair for the American Red Cross; and serves on the membership committee for the Speakers Assembly of Southwest Florida.
