NAPLES, Fla. (Aug. 22, 2017) – A. Vernon Allen Builder recently won three Grand and one Silver Auroras at the 36th annual Aurora Awards held at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Conference Center in Orlando.

This year’s design competition of the Southeast Building Conference drew 400 entries in 55 categories including commercial, office space, renovated projects, mixed-use, affordable, multi-family projects, site planning, single-family production and custom homes.

Established in 1979, the Aurora Awards are presented annually to outstanding builders, planners, architects, developers, designers, interior merchandisers and other housing-related professionals.

Vernon Allen won Grand Auroras for:

Best Single Family Detached Home 4,000 to 5,000 square feet: Little Harbour Haven, Naples; Builder: A. Vernon Allen; Architect: Kukk Architecture/W Design; Interiors: W Design

The Naples custom home builder also won a Silver Aurora for Best Interior Merchandising of a Home $1,000,000 to $2,000,000: Little Harbour Haven, Naples; Builder: A. Vernon Allen; Architect: Kukk Architecture/W Design; Interiors: W Design.
