Estero, Fla.  –  October  27,  2015  –  Suffolk Construction, one of the  largest  building contractors in Southwest Florida, has started construction on Phase IV of the Moorings Park at Grey Oaks Continuing Care Retirement Community at the corner of Airport-Pulling Road and Golden  Gate  Parkway  in  Naples,  Florida.  The project  marks  the  continuation  of  a partnership between Suffolk Construction, Moorings Park, and architects Perkins Eastman and BSSW Architects, Inc. “Suffolk is continuing to expand its presence throughout Southwest Florida, and the Moorings Park at Grey Oaks project demonstrates the quality, high-end projects that we are proud to be involved with,” said Josh Christensen, vice president of Suffolk Construction. “We are not only excited for the start of this project, but also to implement Suffolk’s “build smart” approach to delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions for our clients.”
