ESTERO, Fla. (Aug. 10, 2016) – Suffolk Construction announces the promotions of Jeff Riley, Robbie Tideman and Ben Wilson.

Riley has been promoted to senior superintendent and is currently overseeing Suffolk’s construction of Marina Walk Resort Villas located within the Harbour Isle neighborhood in Bradenton.  As senior superintendent, Riley provides dedicated overall leadership for the successful execution of project construction. He has 34 years of construction experience, is a registered certified general contractor in the state of Florida and OSHA certified. He completed his construction apprenticeship with General Contractors of America.

Tideman was promoted to project manager. He has 14 years of industry experience and has most recently spent time with Suffolk overseeing projects for Moorings Park. In his new position, he will oversee day-to-day project management operations for Florida Gulf Coast University’s University Village. Tideman earned an associate’s degree in electrical engineering from Okaloose-Walton Community College and holds a bachelor’s degree in building construction from the University of Florida.

Wilson has been promoted to senior project manager and is also currently overseeing Suffolk’s Marina Walk project. He has 11 years of construction management experience and is responsible for the administration of all contractual requirements for the project as well as the maintenance of budget and schedules, all subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, meeting minutes, shop drawing logs and other important project documentation. Wilson holds a bachelor’s degree in building construction management from the University of Florida, is Leed® Accredited, OSHA certified and a certified building contractor with the state of Florida.
