The Easter dinner entrées include a smoked country ham with natural gravy and a sweet potato soufflé, breast of duck prepared with a port wine and raspberry demi glace and duck confit, classic grilled filet mignon with a wild mushroom merlot sauce, roast prime rib of beef served au jus with a creamy horseradish sauce, chicken Oscar presented with lump crab asparagus and hollandaise, macadamia nut encrusted yellowtail snapper finished with Frangelico butter, and baked New Zealand lamb chops with a rosemary demi glace and mint marmalade. Patrons may complete their Easter feast with one of two desserts: a house made Florida key lime pie or a triple layer chocolate pate with raspberry coulis.

There will also be a children’s menu available for children 12 years old and younger for $12.95. The menu includes smoked country ham, grilled chicken breast and roast prime rib of beef.
