NAPLES, Fla. (March 26, 2013) – Renée Gaddis Interiors has completed interior design furnishings on two models in the Quail West community that were included in the CBIA parade of homes.

The Riviera II and the Palmhurst models are both located in the 1,180-acre private golf course community in North Naples.

The Riviera II has 3,174 square feet under air and includes four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, study, family room and a three-car garage. The model’s outdoor living area includes an optional outdoor kitchen and an optional pool and spa package.

Gaddis’ color palette for the Riviera II features neutral backgrounds and upholstery with accents of teal, lime green, burnt orange, magenta, mustard yellow, plum and sky blue. The flooring selections are natural materials. Straight-set 24-by-24-inch antique ivory travertine is used in the main living areas. The master suite and study are finished with beveled-edge dark maple wide-plank hardwood. Traditional furnishings are in neutral upholstery with strong accents of bright, bold colors in the patterned pillow fabrics, area rugs and accessories.

Escala, a new luxury villa neighborhood with 39 home sites within Quail West, offers three, three- and four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 2,822 to 3,239 square feet under air. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom Palmhurst model with 2,822 square feet under air is a great-room plan offering a gallery foyer, formal dining room, study, gourmet island kitchen and a three-car garage.

Gaddis’ design for the Escala offers an elegant aesthetic with southern charm, soft lines and vintage tropical references. The emphasis was on creating a comfortable ambiance, as reflected in the design’s relaxing color palette that features pure white backgrounds with subtle accents of blues, greens, yellows and oranges. Flooring materials include natural stone, wood and natural Sisal area rugs.

“We are very honored and proud of the team that collaborated on these projects,” said Renée Gaddis, president of Renée Gaddis Interiors. “Designing the interior furnishings of these models is a testament to our firm’s ability to adapt to the different types of residential projects being done in Naples, Florida.”
