Garcia is a 30-year veteran in the food and restaurant industry, serving most recently as the executive sous chef at Shula’s Steakhouse at the Hilton Naples. He has worked in related positions in Naples, from food preparation and plating to training and managing a kitchen and its staff. With a vast knowledge of German, French, Spanish and American cuisines, Garcia earned his culinary arts degree from Johnson and Wales University in Miami.
