FORT MYERS, Fla. (May 29, 2014) – For the second consecutive year, the Crowne Plaza Hotel at the Bell Tower Shops has been named a Bronze Level GreenLeader by TripAdvisor.
The TripAdvisor GreenLeaders Program identifies hotels and bed-and-breakfast inns that are committed to green practices including recycling, water efficiency and alternative energy.
Green practices the Crowne Plaza has committed to include an efficient ventilation system, leftover materials (e.g. food) donated or re-used, organic/local food and beverages, ENERGY STAR kitchen appliances, energy-efficient light bulbs, tracking energy use and more.
