FORT MYERS, Fla. (Sept. 30, 2014) – Scanlon Auto Group will support a number of charitable events during October 2014.

On Friday, Oct. 4, Scanlon Lexus will sponsor a hole-in-one contest for the Ronald McDonald House Charities 27th Annual Fall Classic Golf Tournament at Fiddlesticks Country Club in Fort Myers.

From Oct. 10 to 12, the auto dealer will be the $500 Gold Plus sponsor of the Caloosahatchee Marching and Chowder Society’s 49th Annual Summerset Regatta benefiting youth sailing in Southwest Florida.

On Saturday, Oct. 11, Scanlon Auto will serve as the $500 Chief sponsor for the Fort Myers Police Department’s 7th Annual Cops and Joggers 5K and Family Fun Night at Centennial Park in downtown Fort Myers. The event benefits the Fallen Officers’ Memorial Fund and The Brotherhood Ride.

From Oct. 17 to 19, Scanlon Lexus will sponsor a hole-in-one contest at the Disabled Veterans Insurance Careers, Inc.’s Surf & Turf Experience at South Seas Island Resort to raise funds to educate, train and provide meaningful careers for disabled veterans.

On Saturday, Oct. 18, Scanlon Auto will also sponsor a hole-in-one contest at the 4th Annual Richard L. Hagy Golf Tournament at Magnolia Landing Country Club in North Fort Myers. The Richard L. Hagy Memorial Scholarship Fund provides financial assistance to further the education of deserving students in Lee County.

On Friday, Oct. 31, the dealership will sponsor a hole-in-one contest for the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce golf tournament at Fort Myers Country Club.
