FORT MYERS, Fla. (July 6, 2015) – Kelly Byas has joined the Norstar Accolade Property Management team as community director for Colonial Commons.

Byas has an extensive customer service background encompassing the travel, residential and publishing industries. She most recently served as account executive with For Rent Media Solutions in Southwest Florida. Locally, her career also includes serving as a sales associate with Diamond Tours and publisher of Haas Publishing Company, which produces the Apartment Shoppers Guide. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Columbia College in Chicago. She is a sitting member of the Southwest Florida Apartment Association, serving her sixth year, and has attended numerous legislative conferences in Tallahassee with SWFAA. In 2009, she received the Wave of Distinction Award and Associate Sales Representative of the Year from the Southwest Florida Apartment Association and was named Associate Volunteer of the Year in 2011.
