Events include: Yoga on the Steps on Oct. 4 at Centennial Park in Fort Myers to benefit Living Beyond Breast Cancer; Ronald McDonald House Charities of SW Florida’s 28th Annual Fall Golf Classic Celebrity Pro Am on Oct. 9 at The Colony Golf & Country Club in Bonita Springs; the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament 2015 on Oct. 9 at Fort Myers Country Club; Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation’s 24th Annual Founder’s Cup Golf Tournament on Oct. 9 at Quail Creek Country Club in Naples; the Caloosahatchee Marching and Chowder Society’s 50th Annual Summerset Regatta from Oct. 9 to 11 on Fort Myers Beach to benefit Youth Sailing in Southwest Florida; the Fort Myers Police Department’s Eighth Annual Cops & Joggers 5k & Family Fun Night on Oct. 10 at Centennial Park in Fort Myers to benefit the Fallen Officers’ Memorial Fund & The Brotherhood Ride; the Third Annual DVIC Surf & Turf Experience at South Seas Island Resort from Oct. 16 to18 to benefit the Disabled Veterans Insurance Careers; the Fifth Annual Richard L. Hagy Golf Tournament on Oct. 17 at the Golf Club at Magnolia Landing in North Fort Myers to benefit the Richard L. Hagy Scholarship Foundation; the Inaugural Best of Taste in the Park on Oct.19 at JetBlue Park in Fort Myers to benefit the Junior League of Fort Myers, Inc. and the Red Sox Foundation; the Salute Our Troops Social on Oct. 23 at American Legion Post 38; Cape Chorale’s Inaugural Charity Golf Extravaganza on Oct. 23 at River Hall Country Club in Alva to benefit the Lee Memorial Children’s Speech Therapy Program and the Harry Chapin Food Bank; and the United Way’s Campaign Kickoff Breakfast on Oct. 28 at Harborside Event Center in Fort Myers to benefit the United Way of Lee, Hendry, Glades and Okeechobee Counties.
