ESTERO, Fla. (Dec. 16, 2015) – More than 50 trucks recently delivered 1,000 cubic yards of concrete for the first of five major pours for Altaira®’s large amenity deck. Altaira® is the first new high-rise tower condominium to go under construction in Southwest Florida in the past eight years.
Suffolk Construction is overseeing construction of Altaira® – WCI’s new luxury tower of 76 Sky HomesSM in The Colony Golf & Bay Club in Bonita Springs.
Each Sky Home features approximately 3,300 to 3,500 square feet of living space, depending on the floor plan. The tower features 19 residential floors, each with only four residences per floor. Altaira® residences are planned to feature hurricane-rated, solar-tinted expanses of exterior vision glass and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open to the terraces, as well as up to approximately 529 square feet of open-air and screened-in terraces in select residences.
