BRADENTON, Fla. (Feb. 10, 2016) – Suffolk Construction recently held an appreciation luncheon to celebrate the topping off of Minto Communities – Florida’s Marina Walk Resort Villas.

Marina Walk Resort Villas is located within the Harbour Isle neighborhood in Bradenton. This 220-acre island community is almost entirely surrounded by the waters of Anna Maria Sound along the western shoreline and Perico Bayou to the east.

More than 150 trade partners attended the event with 13 different trade companies represented.

“We felt it was important to celebrate our progress to date and compliment our trade partners for the value they bring to the project,” said Pete Tuffo, chief operating officer for the southeast region of Suffolk Construction. “All of our trade partners have gone above and beyond the call of duty to execute this project.”

Marina Walk Resort Villas consists of four resort villa buildings with 12 units in each. The buildings will feature waterfront residences with three or four stories over parking. The luxurious villas will range in size from 1,483 square feet to 1,650 square feet with two master suites with full bathrooms or a master suite, two bedrooms and three bathrooms. Private amenities include a resort-style pool, shade pavilion, splash zone and recreation area.

Completion is expected in summer 2016.
