FORT MYERS, Fla. (July 6, 2016) – Shoeless Joe’s at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, located at 13051 Bell Tower Drive in Fort Myers, announces its Summer Beer Summit & Dinner to take place on Thursday, July 21 at 5:30 p.m

Local Bury Me Brewing’s brew master will be on-site to provide a guided tour of their beers and ales paired with each course, as well as a seasonal four-course menu prepared by Crowne Plaza’s Executive Chef Penny Austin:

First course: Blackened Shrimp Skewer and Fried Green tomatoes with Remoulade

Second course: Tomato, Peach, Ricotta, Spring Salad

Third course: Grilled Bone-in Ribeye Steak marinated in balsamic vignette with a Shallot Demi Sauce

Chive Whipped Potatoes and Roasted Broccolini

Fourth course: Vanilla Crème Brulee with Cinnamon Ice Cream

Established in 2015, Bury Me Brewing is the first micro-brewery
in the City of Fort Myers located at 4224 Cleveland Ave. Unit 7
. With one hand on tradition and
the other hand on innovation, they craft small batch beer to satisfy
a multitude of taste buds.
Brewmaster Bill and his team have come up with creative names for their creations displaying a bit of sarcasm and morbid irony including Creamation, From My Cold Dead Hands IPA, 6ft. Down Oatmeal Stout, Hell Bound Honeybrown, Bag O’ Bones, After Life Dark Sour Ale and more.

“Our summits have become really popular with beer lovers since they feature unique brews, great food and, of course, a fun crowd,” said Jim Larkin, general manager of the Crowne Plaza Hotel at the Bell Tower Shops. “The demand from past beer summit guests make this one of the most fun and creative events we host at the Crowne Plaza, and we are delighted to welcome Bury Me Brewing this summer and can’t wait to see what they have in store for our attendees.”
