Ryan Benson

NAPLES, Fla. (Nov. 14, 2016) – Ryan Benson, MBA, principal with A. Vernon Allen Builder, has been appointed to the Collier Building Industry Association board of directors to serve a two-year term effective Jan. 1, 2017.

Benson currently serves as CBIA’s government affairs liaison to The City of Naples Building Department and City Council. He holds a LEED Green Associate accreditation and is a certified building contractor, real estate broker and community association manager. He is involved in several community organizations including previously serving as president of Naples Gulf Shore Rotary Club, on the board of trustees for Canterbury School and currently serves on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County.

The Collier Building Industry Association is a nonprofit professional association of dedicated industry professionals who are inspired to make a difference in the community through advocacy, education, networking and philanthropy. The Association represents the collective voice of the Collier County building industry and serves as a thoroughly engaged and effective advocate for its members. As it represents the interests of the building industry, CBIA provides its members pathways for continuing education, relationship building and opportunities to be of service to the community.
