FORT MYERS, Fla. – Frank R Jenkins Custom Homes has begun construction on its newest spec home.
The custom single-family residence is located at 912 Town and River Drive in South Fort Myers.
Encompassing a total of 6,257 square feet, the four bedroom, five bathroom home will be fully decorated and furnished by Clive Daniel Home.
“Since launching our residential construction firm last year, we have begun construction on a number of custom homes located in Southwest Florida’s finest neighborhoods,” said firm principal Frank Jenkins.
Jenkins launched his firm in June 2017 after 26 years working in the custom home building industry as a partner with another firm.
The spec home will feature crown molding throughout, Thermador appliances, granite counter-tops, a walk-in pantry with built-in shelving, an integrated bar in the kitchen with wine refrigerator and ice maker, 10 foot sliders, eight foot interior doors, high ceilings throughout and an iron front door. Exterior features include a pool and spa, fireplace, bar with grill, vent, sink and refrigerator and electric roll down hurricane screens for on the lanai.
Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.
