ESTERO, FL, –Matt Carland, regional Virtual Design and Construction Managerfor Suffolk’s Southwest Florida operations team, will facilitate a breakout session at the 2018 ULI Florida Summit on June 7 and 8 at the Ritz Carlton in Naples.

Carland will serve as the panel facilitator regarding “Technology’s Next Wave”. He is responsible for the production and model development for all phases of projects, implementation of advanced technologies, and overall support to Building Information Modeling and Virtual Design and Construction initiatives for Suffolk’s Southwest Florida operations.

The ULI Florida Summit allows Florida’s leading experts and practitioners from private practice, public sector and academia to connect and learn how to get ahead of change in creating and sustaining thriving communities.

The annual ULI Florida Summit connects the top real estate professionals from throughout the state including developers, attorneys, engineers, architects, and land use planners, from both the private and public sector.
