RGI will choose all of the standard selections including flooring, tile, paint colors, cabinetry finishes, countertops and more for new homeowners to select from when they purchase a home to be built in Mangrove Bay. Upon purchasing a home in Mangrove Bay, homebuyers will have professional design help from RGI to make the finish and design selections for their new home.
Mangrove Bay, in Old Naples, is situated along the Gordon River, offering water enthusiasts convenient access to Naples Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Each of the 53 one- or two-story Old-Florida style single-family residences comes complete with a private boat slip. There are 19 residence elevations available and all residents will have the benefit of resort-style living with an on-site concierge center, an owners-only boat ramp and services including complete pool care, landscaping and dock maintenance.
RGI is also making the finish selections for several model homes in the process of being built with themes incorporating contemporary and modern coastal designs.
